1. Free Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery across Doha for orders above QR 50. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery charge may apply.
2. Delivery Outside Doha
For deliveries outside Doha city limits:
- Delivery Charges: Charges are determined based on the distance from Doha city center and will be discussed with you directly after your order is placed.
- Combined Orders: We aim to optimize logistics by combining multiple orders heading to the same area outside Doha city whenever feasible.
- Delivery Timeframe: Specific delivery times will be communicated to you during order confirmation. Deliveries outside Doha are typically completed within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
3. Delivery Limitations
- Within Qatar Only: Please note, BravoKids delivers exclusively within Qatar. We do not provide delivery services to addresses outside the country.

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and prepared for delivery within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

- Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. BravoKids cannot be held responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

- We accept both cash and card payments on delivery. Our delivery person will arrive with a portable card payment machine to accept payments securely via credit or debit cards.
